Makes quality inspection visible and trustable

As you may see, marketing is important for a company.
So, each one says they are professional.
Each one says they are fast and reliable.
This is the same for the quality inspection service.

The truth is?

  • “Quality inspection is like a box of chocolate.
You don’t know what you are going to get.”

How can the work for quality becomes something like guesswork?
One important reason is visibility.

  • Neither the inspection is visible to the customers.
  • Nor the inspection is visible to the inspection companies.

You pay for a quality inspection service, and the destination is far away.
You can’t go there with the inspector to see for yourself.
It becomes impossible for you to understand what’s going on.
And it’s the same for the inspection service providing company.
Not easy to understand the quality of their inspectors’ work.

For this reason, we decide to move one step forward.

  • That is to make our progress visible.
  • That is the reason for Visibilito by BackMorning.

That is, each of our inspectors will carry a webcam for an inspection task.
We will be able to get access to this webcam remotely from the office.

  • That makes us see the inspection on the site in case needed.

The quality of our service is as important as the quality of your products.
So, we manage our inspection processes with modern information technology.
This makes the process visible and trackable and helps us make it better and better.

  • None of other third-party inspecting companies do this yet.

We use the videos to administer our inspection services and for internal operations.
For example, progress analysis, troubleshooting, and remote demonstration and communication.
And broadly speaking, there are two ways in which we can use a webcam:

  • Automatically – BackMorning people turn on the webcam from the office
  • Voluntarily – The inspector turns on the webcam on the site

However, it’s impossible to always keep an eye on our inspectors.
There is always something that depends on what kind of person an inspector is.

  • He must be able to truly understand what’s right and what’s wrong.

Needless to say, hiring such a kind of people is always what we prefer.
And we want to share a true story with you.

One of our inspectors goes to a factory for a pre-shipment inspection.
He finds some serious quality issues and writes them on the report based on the truth.
Then the supplier tries to give this colleague CNY 2,000 (Approximately USD 300, almost the minimum monthly salary by law in Shenzhen).

Our inspector has rejected the money several times.
However, the supplier puts the money into his computer bag without letting him know.
This is absolutely against our basic working principles.

Therefore, our inspector reports this to the company.
And we also let our customer know what happens (the buyer of the LED lights).
As we result, based on the suggestion by our customer, we donate the money to the Red Cross Society.

Red Cross Society gives us a donation certificate.

We prefer to go a long way together with our customers, rather than taking a shortcut.
Just like our customers prefer to stick to quality for the long-term success.
